Strong is the new skinny, guys!

Well, this is my workout today..after weeks and weeks of not working out i started to feel like a can of busted biscuits! I absolutely HATE that feeling so i decided its time to get back to normal! I found the all-cardio challenge on pinterest, i did it once but i really should have repeated it a few times..and below that is the "Cheer abletics" circuit, man let me tell you... i have NEVER completed the whole thing, and the girls that do have straight up 8 packs!.... Just working my way back up to INSANITY, now that is another story!
